Powerlines is a collage series that explores the intersections of language, memory, and connection. Constructed from vintage encyclopedia pages, artist-authored poems, and upcycled wood assembled into dimensional layers, each work becomes both artifact and structure. Hand-painted powerlines stretch across these surfaces, uniting fragments into a network of meaning. The title plays on the duality of power in the lines—both the literal wires that connect us and the written words that carry history, story, and strength.
